RMailFilter

RMailFilter is very much a work in progress.  It's a small SMTP proxy written in Ruby that I wrote in the hope of replacing Amavis on my mail servers, running Postfix.

The files...

• The whole package (version 0.1),
• The startup point, server.rb, which just handles the incoming connections,
• The main SMTP engine, smtpfilter.rb handles the SMTP part of the connection and calls the filtering engine,
• The filtering engine, mailscanner.rb, here already tuned to my own needs; it's responsible for accepting, rejecting, or tagging a mail,
• Finally, the forwarder, smtpforward.rb, sends the (eventually modified) message to the next smtp server.
